2026 Notary Fee Schedule
In 2026, the official information on how much notary fees (i.e. valuable paper and notary procedures fees determined by the state) will increase in Turkey was largely determined according to the new communiqué published in the Official Gazette and the revaluation rate:
📌 1) Increase with Revaluation Rate

Notary fee
Article 1- Notaries charge notary fees at the rate of thirty percent of the fees they charge according to the Law on Fees.
This fee is charged for a notarial act 58,82 TL cannot be less than TL.
In wage amounts calculated in this way, values below half a cent (0.5 KR) are not taken into account.
Notaries receive a notary fee at the rate of 1 per thousand of the sale value of the immovable when they issue an immovable sale contract. However, this fee cannot be less than five hundred Turkish Liras and more than four thousand Turkish Liras according to the value of the immovable. Notaries may not charge any fee other than the notary fee specified in this paragraph for the immovable sale contracts they execute.
Arrangement fee
Article 2 - Notaries are responsible for the execution of wills and foundation deeds 2.661,62 TL arrangement fee.
Abandonment of these transactions or their termination, cancellation and modification are subject to a fee at the rate of one third of the fee stated above. In a transaction for which an arrangement fee is required, the notary fee to be calculated and the arrangement fee, whichever is higher, shall be charged.
Written fee
Article 3 - Notaries shall charge a fee for each page of the copies of the papers they have written in any manner whatsoever and for the originals and copies given to the business owner. 80,68 TL writing fee.
In the event that the copies of the papers shown in the paragraph above are photocopied in the notary office upon the request and approval of the owner of the work, each page of these copies is subject to the same fee.
If a notary public writes the transactions exempted from fees, stamp tax and pictures in special laws, a writing fee shall be charged in accordance with the provision of the paragraph above.
No writing fee is charged for testimony and confirmation annotations.
Conversion fee
Article 4 - Pursuant to Article 103 of the Notarial Law No. 1512, from each page of the papers translated or translated by the notary from one language to another language, from one writing to another writing 667,67 TL conversion fee is charged.
Pages containing 10 or fewer lines of paper translated or translated from one language into another language or from one script into another script shall be charged half of the fee specified in the first paragraph.

Article 7 - Notaries are required to pay a fixed annual fee for the deposits they will keep (whether the deposits are goods or negotiable instruments). 186,36 TL fee is charged. A single custody fee shall be charged even if there are more than one custodian.
If the custody of the deposits requires additional expenses, the notary public shall, in addition to the fee to be charged pursuant to the first paragraph, charge the relevant person for the actual expenses to be incurred for this reason. If the deposits belong to more than one person, the expense shall be divided among them according to the amount and the space occupied by the deposits.
In cases where the custody period is specified by law, the fee shall be collected in advance for the specified period. The fee for the deposits whose custody period is not specified by law shall be collected in advance every year.
In the event of a change of notary public, the departing notary public shall transfer to the new notary public the amount of the retention fee for the remaining period.

Article 8 - Notaries shall charge a notary fee at the rate of % 30 percent of the fee that would have been charged if the fee had been charged for transactions that are stated in special laws to be exempt from fees, stamp taxes and pictures, but which contain value. Article 11 - When notaries and their authorized signatories leave the office to conduct business outside the notary office or to take the documents and books in accordance with the provision of Article 55 of the Notary Law, in addition to the necessary travel expenses, for each work, for each day 319,60 TL travel allowance.

Electronic Transactions
Article 14 - In the event that notarial transactions are performed electronically with a secure electronic signature, a fee is charged according to the provisions of this Tariff.
Electronic Detection Fee
Article 15 - In transactions for the determination of status, image, transaction or any similar data in electronic media, the notary fee and the writing fee for the report to be prepared shall be charged in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1 and 3 of this Tariff.
For up to 1 MB of the detected data 36,00 TL, and for every 1 MB thereafter 18,00 TL fee is charged.

Article 16- This Tariff has been prepared in accordance with the amended Articles 61/A and 112 of the Notary Public Law No. 1512 and is applicable as of 01.01.2026.
